- Ownership: You retain all ownership rights to your User Content. We do not claim any ownership rights over your photos or text.
- License Grant: By submitting User Content to us, you grant PhotoGrain Puzzle a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display your User Content for the sole purpose of designing, manufacturing, and fulfilling your order. This license terminates automatically upon the successful fulfillment and delivery of your product.
- Your Responsibility & Warranty: You represent and warrant that:
  - (i) You are the owner of the User Content you submit, or you have the legal right and permission from the copyright owner to use it for this purpose.
  - (ii) Your User Content does not violate any laws or infringe upon the privacy, copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights of any person or entity.
  - (iii) The User Content you submit is not unlawful, obscene, defamatory, threatening, pornographic, or otherwise objectionable.
We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to refuse to process any order that we believe, in our sole discretion, violates these terms or may be illegal.
4. Intellectual Property of PhotoGrain Puzzle
All content on this site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of PhotoGrain Puzzle or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.
