What materials do you use for the puzzle and frame?

Our puzzles are made from premium, durable wood to ensure a satisfying feel and fit. The frames are crafted from 100% solid North American Black Walnut, known for its rich color and beautiful grain. We are committed to using only high-quality, sustainable materials.

What sizes are available?

We currently offer two classic sizes perfect for display: 8x10 inches and 12x16 inches. We may introduce more sizes in the future!

What is included in the full gift set?

Every order is a complete premium gift experience. It includes:
- Your custom photo wooden puzzle.
- A solid Black Walnut wood frame.
- A luxurious black velvet pouch with our logo to store the puzzle pieces.
- A branded microfiber cleaning cloth to keep your frame pristine.
- A beautiful greeting card with our logo, where you can add your personal message.
- The entire set is protected by rustic kraft paper and shipped in a high-strength, 2cm-thick honeycomb box to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Your custom puzzle is made to order with great care. Please allow 7-10business days for production. After that, standard shipping to North America typically takes 7-14business days. So, you can expect your order to arrive within approximately 14-28 business days in total.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website.

What is your return policy?

Due to the highly personalized nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on custom orders. Each puzzle is created uniquely for you. However, your satisfaction is our top priority. If there is a quality issue or your order arrives damaged, please see the next question.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged or has a quality issue?

We stand by the quality of our work. If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at sales@photograinpuzzle.com. Please include your order number and a photo of the issue. We will be happy to arrange a replacement for you at no cost.

Can I send an order as a gift directly to the recipient?

Absolutely! This is what our product is designed for. Simply enter the recipient's address in the "Shipping Address" field during checkout. The billing address should be your own.

Will the package include a receipt or price information?

No. We know that many of our orders are gifts, so we never include price information in the package. Your receipt is sent only to your email.
